Our facility is available for rentals to accommodate a small get together or a large gathering or conference. We are conveniently located in Livingston New Jersey about 2 miles off Rte 280 with easy access to Routes 24, 78, 80, 287 and the Garden State Parkway. We have parking for 500+ cars. The pavilion in the rear of our facility is ideal for outdoor parties in the spring, summer and fall with coverage for inclement weather. The main Ball Room on the upper level is ideal for dinner seating or meeting accommodations and is 7000 sq. ft. There is also a full lounge facility with complete wet bar adjacent to the Ball Room. The Lower Dinning Hall is also ideal for seating or meeting accommodations and is 6000 sq. ft. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the lower level with a dumb waiter elevator to facilitate distribution of food to the Ball Room. There are also two wet bars available and a sound system on both levels.
