Our Dinner Club formulation meeting went well considering the weather forced last-minute cancelations. Hunan Taste presented a delicious set of meal courses including Peking Duck Wraps, Grand Marnier Shrimp, Seafood Soup, & Sesame Chicken to name a few! Were thinking of establishing a rotating location-based group that in some cases can reach the outer perimeters of our territory to include Hunterdon, Warren, Monmouth, or Middlesex County areas. Thank you to all Nobles and Ladies that we were able to attend last night’s Salaam Dinner Club. I know that the weather impacted some, but onward to spring! As we work to organize our next event, I welcome any suggestions. Please share with other Nobles and Ladies that were unable to attend.
I especially welcome suggestions on venues that can accommodate large groups, with good food at a reasonable cost. We discussed rotating locations.
One venue that fits this bill is the Barge in Perth Amboy, NJ (https://www.thebarge.com/). Possible dates I’m looking at to not conflict with lodges, clubs, or units are Tuesday, April 5, Wednesday, April 6, or Monday, April 11.
